The Johnson City Seniors Center Foundation is celebrating the life and contributions of Frank Hawkins. Frank Hawkins was a founder and over 20 year member of the JCSC Foundation. Mr. Hawkins was a long time employee of the Johnson City Press and a community leader. The JCSC Foundation is a non-profit with an all-volunteer Board who’s goal is to assist Seniors in need who reside in Washington, Sullivan, Carter and Unicoi counties. We have special events planned throughout the year, but the main event will be a fundraising, 60’s beach theme dance on May 5, 2023.
The Annual Frank Hawkins Dance was a great success with over 100 guest enjoying a live beach band, refreshments and door prizes.
